Shipping & Packaging
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Within the European Union, we send you your new watch for 15€.
We know how hard waiting can be. That's why we process every order within 24 hours, so the mail can ring your doorbell as quickly as possible.
Armored! We use plenty of padding and double-layered outer packaging. Each watch is secured in such a way that vibrations cannot harm the delicate movement.
The parcel is fully insured!
Every shipment leaves us 100% insured. If anything goes wrong during transit, you are completely covered and will get your money back.
For vintage watches with a price over €500, we use a special courier service that specializes in valuable jewelry.
No, discretion takes precedence. Nothing on the outside suggests the valuable contents. We use neutral boxes and refrain from conspicuous brand logos on the outside so that your package arrives safely and undisturbed.
Yes, as soon as your treasure is on its way, you will receive a tracking number. In addition, you can check the status at any time via your customer account. This way, you can track live how close your watch is to your wrist at any time.
If available, the original box and papers such as the instructions and warranty card are included.
If the watch does not have its original box, it will be packaged in a Clemens box.
For mechanical watches, the movement measurement protocol is included.
Return
We want you to be 100% happy with your new vintage watch. But sometimes you have to feel a piece of jewelry on your own wrist to be sure. After receiving your watch, you have a full 30 days to decide at your leisure.
For your security: In case of a return, always send the watch back to us as an insured package. This way, both sides are protected if anything happens during shipping.
As we are a small family business and do not have special deals with shipping service providers, we cannot cover the costs for return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns can be processed directly via your customer account.
If you don't have a customer account, please contact us by email or WhatsApp. We'll be happy to help you with the return shipping.
Once the watch is returned to us in its original condition (as delivered by us), you will receive your money, usually within 7 days at the latest.
Consultation
There are several options:
WhatsApp, email, chat function directly in the shop, or a phone call
Feel free to contact us, and we'll send you a short video of the watch "in action" or take an additional photo on a wrist so you can get a feel for the size.
Technology
Every watch undergoes a final functional check before shipping.
Before a watch is listed in our shop, we check its accuracy, amplitude, crown, and, if applicable, pushers. Additionally, our watches are cleaned and, if necessary, reconditioned and serviced.
Functional checks and minor repairs are carried out directly by us.
For extensive servicing, we collaborate with experienced specialists.
If a watch has received a service, we will note this in the offer.
Hygiene & Reprocessing
Every watch we sell undergoes thorough cleaning and disinfection, and leather straps are replaced with new ones so you can wear the watch immediately.
Our goal: The feeling of a brand-new watch.
We use special cleaners, an ultrasonic bath, and if necessary, light polishing for crystals and cases.
We love the corners, edges, and patina of a true vintage watch, which is why we generally refrain from harsh machine polishing that could destroy the sharp edges of the case.
Honesty Guarantee
There are several answers to this:
We take photos under bright light with close-ups. This means you'll see details that you might not even notice with the naked eye.
If we find a trace of time, we'll show it to you – without ifs or buts. Please always examine the photos carefully.
In every offer, you'll find the "Condition Guide" section where we list all traces of time. While it might not sound appealing, it gives you the best possible overview.
For your peace of mind, every watch comes with a 30-day return policy.

NO! No watch leaves us with malfunctions. Our goal is to create an experience as close to a new watch as possible. This means no DIY-repaired watches.
